Oil refill and air bleeding of power cylinders

Attention:
Hydraulic fluid with a viscosity of 46 (Total Azolla ZS 46) should be used when filling the Power Cylinder. An appropriate oil refill system can be ordered from your supplier.

Warning:
Do not operate the Power Cylinder during oil refill, because oil will be blown out of the air bleed hole!

Step 1
Make sure that the Power Cylinder is at rest and in an upright position (aluminum cover pointing upwards). The air supply should still be connected.

Step 2
Unscrew the knurled cap.

Step 3
Loosen the set screw in the air bleed channel half a turn.

Step 4
Start pumping oil into the oil filling point until it flows out of the air bleed channel in which the set screw is located(no gas bubbles).

Step 5
The set screw can be tightened again.

Step 6
Close the oil filling point with the knurled cap.
